North Marion High School Performing Arts

The Concert Band is an organization devoted to granting the composer and his audience the most faithful performances of his music; it is an ensemble which calls upon the strictest disciplines possible. The Concert Band performs many concerts here in the community and is evaluated each spring during the Florida Bandmasters Associations' District 19 Music Performance Assessment. 

In true formal symphony tradition, students in the Concert Band are required to purchase a white tux shirt and black pants and wear the school black tuxedo jacket for the men and long black skirts with vest for the women at all performances.
