Links are below for the paperwork handed out at the July 12th and July 19th rehearsals. They included the band camp information pack detailing packing list and parent/student expectations, the overnight permission slip which MUST be notarized, and finally the emergency contact form.

 

All forms must be submitted before your student steps on the bus Monday on August 1st.

 

Band Camp is a closed rehearsal atmosphere and, without prior notification, visitors will not be allowed at Camp Kiwanis. This is for student safety and immersion. Thank you for understanding.

If your student requires a prescription medication to be on hand or administered during band camp, please fill out the medication form on the back of the Information Packet, one form per medication.
